Urable is the capable platform: roughly $70 Express / $110 Pro / $183 Enterprise, with unlimited users on every tier. Online booking is gated to Pro, there are no AI features, and it was acquired by Fullsteam Operations in April 2025, so a well-capitalised payments consolidator now owns it.
QuoteIQ is the review-volume leader: from about $29.99/month, with AI estimating and 4.7 stars across roughly 2,900 App Store and 1,109 Google Play reviews. That combined 4,100-plus review base is a genuine moat.
Rigsheet is from $4/month, four tiers up to $39, flat, covers detailing and cleaning, and is in development and not released.
Two things we will not oversell: unlimited users is not category-unique (Urable has it on every tier), and the $4 tier is the core, not the lot — customer texting starts at Solo, $29.

Urable: the capable one, priced accordingly
For a detailing business past the phone-and-notebook stage, Urable is a serious product. Unlimited users on every tier is genuinely generous and it is the reason a growing shop can justify the entry price: at four technicians, $70 flat compares well against per-seat competitors.
Two things to weigh. Online booking is gated to Pro at around $110, which for many operators is the feature that decides the tier. And there are no AI features, which may be a relief or a gap depending on your view.
The Fullsteam acquisition in April 2025 is worth knowing rather than worrying about. A payments consolidator buying a vertical software product usually means payments integration becomes a strategic priority; whether that helps or constrains you depends on how you take money today.
Best for: detailing shops with a couple of technicians who need booking and can justify $70 to $110 a month.
QuoteIQ: the one with the reviews
4.7 stars across roughly 4,100 combined iOS and Android reviews is the single strongest signal in this whole category, and it is worth more than any feature table. It means the mobile experience works for a lot of people who had a real reason to say so.
From about $29.99/month at the Beginner tier with AI estimating included. Tiers climb steeply, so check where you land before comparing on the entry price alone.
Best for: detailers who want a proven mobile product with visible social proof, which is a completely reasonable thing to optimise for.
Rigsheet: flat, both trades, and not shipping

Both trades. Urable is detailing-only; QuoteIQ is detailing-focused. Rigsheet ships **vehicle-size and home-size multipliers**, which matters if you do both or if you clean rather than detail. Several operators run both and are currently paying for two tools.
Flat at the low end. $4 to $39 regardless of headcount. Against Urable that is a price difference rather than a model difference, since Urable has no seat fee either. Against Jobber and Housecall Pro it is a model difference, and a large one. Rigsheet vs Jobber.
Everything at the entry tier. No booking gated above Solo.
Where it loses, plainly: no reviews, no users, no track record, and it does not exist yet. QuoteIQ has 4,100 reviews and we have none. Urable has years of production behind it. If you need software this month, this is not a real option.
How to choose
- Detailing shop, a few techs, want booking and depth: Urable, and budget for Pro rather than Express.
- Solo or small detailing, want a proven mobile app: QuoteIQ. The review base is real evidence and it is the safest choice here.
