Frequently asked questions
How much does Rigsheet cost?
There are several plans, starting at $4/mo, and every one can be billed weekly, monthly, or yearly — yearly saves two months. The cheapest plan covers the core: unlimited jobs, customers, quotes, invoices, scheduling, and deposits. Higher plans add photos, the booking page, automatic customer texts, and route optimization. Current prices are always shown in the app before you subscribe.
What’s the difference between the four plans?
Starter ($4/mo) covers the core: unlimited jobs, customers, quotes, and invoices; scheduling with drive-time buffers; Stripe deposits and card payments; and recurring jobs. Lite ($9/mo) adds before/after photos and a public booking page. Solo ($29/mo) adds SMS reminders, "on my way" texts, and automated Google review requests. Pro ($39/mo) adds custom recurrence intervals, drive-time route optimization, and custom SMS templates.
Is there a free trial?
Not right now. All four plans start billing when you subscribe, and you can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime in the App Store or Google Play. If you stop paying, your existing jobs, customers, and history stay in the app in read-only mode — you can still view everything, you just can’t create or edit until you resubscribe. Rigsheet never deletes your data for a lapsed subscription.
Does Rigsheet work for both mobile detailing and residential cleaning?
Yes — Rigsheet is built for both trades in one product, with trade-specific defaults for each: vehicle-size pricing (compact through XL) for detailers, and home-size pricing (bedroom/bathroom count) for cleaners. Most competitors in this category serve only one trade or the other.
How does vehicle- and home-size pricing work?
Each service package can have size modifiers — a percentage adjustment to price and duration per vehicle or home size. Set them once when you create a package, and every quote or job using that package automatically adjusts for the customer’s specific vehicle or home size, instead of quoting a flat price that under-charges a large SUV or a 4-bedroom home.
How do deposits work?
You can require a deposit on any service package. The deposit is collected via Stripe at booking, before the job happens — the customer’s confirmation text frames it as "you’re booked," not a distrust signal. If a job is canceled, the deposit can be refunded with one tap.
Does Rigsheet have a public booking page?
Yes, every business on Lite and above gets a public booking page (rigsheet.bakerventuresstudio.com/{your-business-slug}) showing your services and pricing. It is not included on the entry-level Starter plan.
Is Rigsheet a native app, or a web-based booking link?
Rigsheet is a genuinely native iOS and Android app — not a web-only booking link. That’s a real point of differentiation in this category: some competitors (like DetailDeck) are explicitly a booking link rather than an installed app.
