What does your software cost when you hire your second cleaner?
In most field-service software, growing costs you money twice — once for the person, once for the seat.
On Housecall Pro, an extra user on Essentials is $100/month. On ZenMaid Pro Max it is $24/user/month. On Jobber Connect, going from the base plan to 5 users takes the published monthly price from $139 to $199.

QuickBooks Online sync first appears on Connect — it is not in Core. So the entry price for a solo operator who wants their books to sync is not $49, it is $139 monthly or $99 annual.

Both QuickBooks Online sync and employee GPS tracking first appear on Essentials. Basic has neither. The real entry point for a business that wants those is $189 monthly or $149 annual.

The base plan covers the owner profile. Cleaners, contractors and office managers are each charged. QuickBooks and the GPS-enabled mobile app both start at Pro — Starter's mobile app is listed without GPS. A four-cleaner shop on Pro Max is $49 + 4 × $24 = $145/month.
Being straight about where Rigsheet is and isn't different
Two honest caveats, because you will find these out anyway:
- ZenMaid Starter is also $19/month. Our headline price is not unique. The difference is the shape — no 40-appointment cap and no per-user charge.
- Urable already includes unlimited users on every tier ($70 / $110 / $183 monthly). Unlimited users is not unique to us in detailing. Against Urable the comparison is price, not seats.
Where the difference is stark is against Jobber and Housecall Pro, where adding people is genuinely expensive.
Two others worth knowing
Markate is the outlier that does not gate QuickBooks or location tracking behind a higher tier — $49.95/month ($39.95 annual) for owner-operator, plus $5/employee/month for the team plan, with add-ons for online booking and lead capture at $10/month each. Detaild is a single $49.99/month plan; note its fee stack — Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30 out of your payout, plus a 3% platform fee charged to your customer at checkout.
