One published figure to treat carefully. On per-room pricing, Housecall Pro lists $25–$60 for a standard clean while Jobber's figures are roughly 3–4× higher. The two are almost certainly measuring different things — an incremental room versus a whole-job minimum. Don't average them, and don't build a quote on a per-room number without knowing which one you're using.

Recurring work

Housecall Pro puts the typical recurring discount at 10–15% for weekly or biweekly service. Worth modelling before you offer it: a 15% discount on a route that fills your calendar and eliminates acquisition cost is usually good business; the same discount on scattered one-offs is not.
