Terms of Use
Last updated: September 6, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Rigsheet mobile app and related services ("Rigsheet"), operated by Baker Ventures LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Rigsheet is scheduling, quoting, invoicing, payment, and messaging software for mobile detailing and residential cleaning businesses. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including your customers' information, and for complying with all laws applicable to your business (including consumer protection, tax, and telemarketing/SMS laws such as the TCPA).
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from More → "Delete my account & data," which permanently removes your business, customers, jobs, and photos.
Subscriptions
Rigsheet offers several subscription plans, billed weekly, monthly, or annually, with a 14-day free trial. The plans available and their prices are shown in the app at signup, and that screen is authoritative — plans and pricing may change over time. A payment method is required to start a trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you are charged the plan price shown at signup. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — Rigsheet cannot cancel it for you. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or by Apple's/Google's own refund policies.
Payments to your customers
If you connect Stripe, customer payments (deposits, invoices) are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Rigsheet is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for chargebacks, disputes, or payout timing — those are governed by your agreement with Stripe.
Acceptable use
Don't use Rigsheet to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited messages; to store data you don't have the right to store; or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Your data
You own the business and customer data you enter. You can export it at any time (More → "Export my data"). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
Disclaimers
Rigsheet is provided "as is." Drive-time estimates, pricing calculations, and automated messages are provided as tools to assist your business and are not guaranteed to be error-free — you're responsible for reviewing quotes, invoices, and messages before they're sent to your customers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigsheet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or missed appointments.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.
