Rigsheet ("we," "us") provides scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and payment tools for mobile detailing and cleaning businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it, for both business owners who use the Rigsheet app ("Operators") and their customers whose information an Operator enters into Rigsheet ("Customers").
What we collect
- Account information — name, email, phone, and business details you provide when you sign up.
- Customer records — names, phone numbers, emails, and service addresses that Operators enter to run their business, plus job notes (e.g. gate codes, pet notes) an Operator chooses to record.
- Location — while the app is open, your device's foreground location is used to calculate drive time between jobs and to tag before/after photos with where they were taken. We do not collect location in the background.
- Photos — before/after job photos you capture or upload, stored securely and visible only to the Operator's own business.
- Contacts — if you use "Import from Contacts," we read the single contact you pick, on that action only. We do not access your full contact list otherwise.
- Payment information — subscription payments are processed by Apple/Google (via RevenueCat); customer service payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data — app interactions and crash reports, used to improve the product.
How we use it
To provide the scheduling, quoting, invoicing, messaging, and payment features you use; to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and receipts on an Operator's behalf; to process the Rigsheet subscription; and to maintain and improve the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers necessary to run Rigsheet, each bound to protect it:
- Supabase — database and file storage
- Stripe — payment processing for Operator-to-Customer payments
- Twilio — SMS delivery
- Resend — email delivery
- RevenueCat, Apple, and Google — subscription billing
- Google Maps Platform — geocoding and drive-time calculation
- PostHog — product analytics (if enabled)
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Text messages
If an Operator enables texting, their Customers receive SMS confirmations, reminders, and "on my way" messages. Every message includes opt-out instructions, and we honor STOP requests immediately. We do not send marketing text messages.
Your choices
- Operators can edit or delete customer records at any time in the app.
- Operators can delete their account and all associated data from More → "Delete my account & data."
- To request account deletion without opening the app, email rigsheet@bakerventuresstudio.com from your account's email address. We'll delete your account and associated data the same way the in-app flow does, and confirm by email once it's done.
- Customers who believe an Operator has entered their information incorrectly should contact that Operator directly, or reach us at the support address below.
Data retention
We retain account and customer data for as long as an account is active, and delete it upon account deletion (subject to a short backup-retention window and any legal record-keeping requirements, e.g. for completed payments).
Children
Rigsheet is a business tool and is not directed to, or knowingly used by, children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes, and notify Operators of material changes.
